Woven in Aleppo
To create lasting impact, we need an atelier of our own in Aleppo. Every story, however, begins in collaboration. For our first three collections, we work with HKM Atelier, an established local workshop where each piece is made in Syria, by Syrian hands.
Laying the foundation
Each roll of 100% Syrian cotton is unrolled and inspected by hand—soft, resilient, and produced exclusively for us. It begins with touch, with trust, with intention.
Marking with care
Patterns are measured and drawn by hand—each line a precise gesture, guiding the fabric from raw material into its final form.
Cut the traditional Way
Each piece begins in tradition—cotton shaped by hand, cut with practiced precision; not merely a pattern, but memory carried in fabric.
Stitching our mark
The Shami logo is stitched by hand—subtle, steady, and full of meaning. A symbol of where we come from, and the care we carry forward.
Wearing the story
Each homesuit carries a printed story, a reminder of where it was made, who it supports, and the journey it’s part of. More than clothing, it’s a message.
